WILSON CREEK EXCISE WEBSITE — SERVER UPLOAD

This is a static website. It does not require PHP, a database, or a Node server.

1. Upload every file and folder in this directory to the public/root directory
   for the web address where you want the tool to live.
2. Preserve the _next folder and all of its contents.
3. Open the site address in a modern browser.

The tool processes the fuel CSV and QBO Excel workbook inside the user's browser.
The reports are not sent to a separate service by this website.

For best results, install this package at the root of a site or subdomain, such
as https://tax.example.com/. If it is placed inside a subfolder, the web server
may need to map that subfolder as its own document root.

Monthly use:
1. Select the fuel CSV.
2. Select the QBO Sales by Product/Service Detail Excel file.
3. Enter the filing month.
4. Click Process monthly reports.
5. Review any unmatched items.
6. Download the completed Excel workbook.

Before filing, confirm current tax rates and use the QBO Sales Tax Liability
report for the actual sales tax collected.
